Terms and Conditions

1. A deposit of 25% is required to order. Final balance is payable before delivery.
2. We reserve the right to hold goods purchased via cheque until the cheque clears.
3. Title of the goods shall not pass to the purchaser until payment in full is received.
4. If we feel we are unable to complete the order to our satisfaction, “Willmott Tables” may terminate the order and refund the deposit at any time.
5. Delivery is not included in the price unless otherwise stated.
6. While every effort is made to deliver goods as close to estimated time of delivery date or time, “Willmott Tables” cannot accept responsibility for any claims arising from non or late delivery.
7. Quoted delivery times are approximate only and cannot be guaranteed.
8. Unless otherwise arranged, goods left for three months or more without prior arrangement will be deemed unwanted and will be disposed of.
9. Unless otherwise arranged, goods left beyond specified pick up date will be charged daily at commercial storage rates.
10. Payment of a deposit acknowledges acceptance of the above conditions.
